"Just a part of the convincing, she's leaving for college in a week plus she's eighteen now, I figured she had to be relieved from some of the rules" she looked at her husband "right honey?"

Nathan rolled his eyes ignoring his wife's words, his hands were tied with the condition she gave him for his daughter's freedom

The day Alex has her freedom is the day Jennifer touches her

He sighed

"Well it's about time" Angelo chuckled and looked at his bored sister

Angelo was surprised his mother cracked his father's hard shell strict rules he had on Alex

She was going to experience a new life in college, she might as well start now

They all ate in silence and left to their rooms after

Alexandria sat on a fancy small chair that was in front of her dressing table facing the mirror

She was in her blue PJs with a brown spaghetti crop top braiding her hair

She was lost in her thoughts, thinking of random things like a human being usually does when a knock on her door startled her

She turned her upper body around to find her brother smiling at her

"A penny for your thoughts?" He said walking in the room

"Nothing in particular" she rolled her eyes turning around

"Somebody's gloomy" he chuckled leaning on the wall next to the dressing table with his right shoulder and legs crossed

"I'm not gloomy" Alexandria said looking away from him as she finished braiding her hair

"Your face says otherwise" he chuckled

"What do you want Angelo" she sighed putting her hands down and looked at him

"Aren't you happy?" He frowned

"About what?" She shrugged raising her eyebrows

"The annual party"

She stood and slowly walked to her bed

"Why would I be? It's not like I'm going"

"You need a gold medal for your zoning out skills" Angelo chuckled

Alexandria sat on her bed facing her brother and narrowed her eyes

"Are you here to rub this" she put her hands up with peace signs quoting "annual party" She put her hands down before pointing her face "in my face?"

"No" he pushed himself off the wall and walked to his sister and stood in front of him slipping his hands in his pocket

"You're coming" he looked down at her

"What?" She whispered widening her eyes

"You know I'm not one to repeat things"

"OMG" she squealed and jumped up "I'm really coming I'm really coming"

"Chill down" he chuckled "you wouldn't want Dad to change his mind with your excitement"

Alexandria stopped jumping like a toddler and looked at his brother grinning

"If I didn't know you so well I'd think you're bipolar" Angelo joked "gloomy to giddy real quick" he tsked

She gave him a fake glare trying to control her grin as he hit her brother lightly earning a chuckle from him

"I'm so happy" Alexandria says her heart exploding with happiness

"Well you should thank mother"

She nodded while grinning lost with words to say

She was finally going with them, she liked this new age of hers, eighteen was definitely her lucky number

"I should leave you to sleep" Angelo smiled "goodnight little noodle" he said walking to the door

"Goodnight Angel" she said Angelo disappearing to the hall

A smile couldn't leave Alexandria's face, she was finally going to see new people and have new experiences

She was looking forward for tomorrow

"Alex?"

She looked at the door, Angelo's popped up on the door

"Don't call me that again" he said before closing the door

"ANGEL!!!" she screamed

Alexandria threw herself on the bed her arms and legs opened with a grin on her face

She covered her mouth and giggled rolling over to the left side of the bed

Thank you Papa

Hi there🙂
Thank you for choosing this book🐥, I really appreciate it🙂🙂🙂

Secondly, reading so many books here motivated me to try out writing my own book😁 and surprisingly I've written five🏃🏃

1. Denied and Unnoticed (Terrence Nowels & Catherine Monroe)

2. Maid by Choice (Nathan Knight and Jennifer Tony)

3. Furtive Admirer (Tyler Nowels & Alex Knight)

4. Her Insecurity Cure (Garrel Thompson & Happy-Serah Collins)

5. A Messy First (Darren Thompson & Rianne)

6. His Retribution (Liam Ethan Quinn)
Which I've started recently

Furtive Admirer comes out of the two books Maid By Choice but reading this one on its own is completely fine too🐥

Negative comments are never nice, if you feel like commenting negativly, kindly refrain from doing so🐥🐥🐥

Thank you 😊❤️
