The drive to the Chateau had been relatively silent, they'd swapped out Bianca's convertible for Heyward's truck to load the equipment as it was sizeably bigger. The only noise emanating was the radio playing soft melodies and Kiara and Pope's soft chatter from the front seat. Bianca didn't have the energy to to make conversation, leaning her head against the window of the backseat as she watched the scenery pass.

"You sure you're okay, B?" Kiara glanced over her shoulder at the girl whilst Pope when pulled up at the Chateau.

"Yeah," Bianca sniffled, her eyes still puffy and her cheeks flushed. Pope and Kiara sent each other weary glances as they got out of the car; not sure whether to be glad the girl had stopped crying to worried she'd been silent the entire drive down.

"So we gotta be done before my scholarship interview in the morning," Pope huffed as he began to pull out various pieces of equipment they'd gathered together for the heist.

"Okay, well, we gotta focus," Kiara continued, pulling out rope from the back of Heyward's truck.

"I know, we're gonna have John B and JJ inside the well and me up top," Pope ran the girls through the plan again, "You two and Sarah will be outside be transporting."

"Yeah," Bianca mumbled, "We got this."

"Cool," Pope nodded, "I got a winch- and that tin can hold over- like 200, 300 pounds," He sifted through tools.

"Thanks," Kiara suddenly piped up, pausing from unloading the truck to turn to the Heyward boy.

"Uh- what for?" Pope frowned slightly.

"Stranding us," Kiara hummed, throwing an arm over Bianca's shoulder and pulling her closer, "You know, making us make up."

Bianca sent them a small smile, the first one she'd managed all night as she leaned into Kiara. She too was glad the boys' had forced their reconciliation upon them- she had missed Kiara much more than she'd let on.

Pope glanced between the girls with a smirk, "What makes you think that was me?"

Suddenly a large whirring of electricity resounded throughout the clearing, lights flashing on around the small group.

Pope frowned, "What the hell?"

"Who the hell is that?" Kiara's brows creased together at the bright lights.

Bianca narrowed her eyes as they began heading to the source of the sound, leaves crunching under their sneakers.

When the three approached the Chateau, the first thing they noticed was the colors everywhere, hanging across the branches of trees and along the yard. They stepped past the strobing LED lights decorating the wire-wrapped trees and blazing shrubs, vibrant neon bulbs flickering around them.
