11. What Are Abominations?

Abominations are the children of the Madness, born from mass corruption and sacrifice.

Tentri. Nightwraiths. Sirens and Banshees. Even those unforgivable bundles of rotting meat and pus, the dreaded Blisterbombs.

Thousands of them exist, and they all exist perpetually. They could spawn anywhere. At any time.

As long as there is sufficient material.

Abominations cannot be reasoned with, tamed, scared off, or even permanently killed.

All they want is to taste innocent flesh.
