My name is Layla Miller I've been with the same man for 7 years, we met at a Starbucks near my work. We talked for a minute in line when we got to the cashier he refused to let me pay for my own drink and breakfast. I walked into the living room saying goodbye to my dad kissed his cheek I hear a knock at the door I wave goodbye to my mom who was in the kitchen with hands cover in food. I open the door he smiles and his eyes widen at my dress.

The drive was quiet but nice he holds my hand intertwines our fingers he pulls in to a fairly busy Italian beautiful restaurant he tells the hostess his name her eyes got wide, we didn't have to wait she walked us over to a secluded room. We order shortly after we sit down I order lasagna he orders alfredo and two glasses of wine. We made small talk getting to know each other. He is polite he asked for the check told the server to tell his mom that everything was delicious. I looked at him with a confused looked he smirked. All he said was my family owns this restaurant and a few others across the country.
