My Nightmare

Chapter 5

The first day of the fourth semester, my second year. Somehow my feelings are mixed. I thought after a month of not seeing him, I would forget about that incident and make my hatred for him lessen. But when I saw him this morning in the hallway, I realized that one month not seeing him didn't change anything.

For some reason, only during this month he looked more handsome but also looked like he was tired. What was he doing during this vacation?

Don't be stupid, Jennie Kim, of course, he's on vacation. By setting high rates, he can earn a lot of money, so he must also have a vacation in an interesting place. I just wonder if he also works on vacation? If so, he must have had a lot of fun. But I don't care.

"Hi, babe" I didn't notice Kai's presence behind me. He wasn't waiting for me in the parking lot like he usually did. Looks like he's late than me today.

"Hi" I turned around and answered but then was surprised because he pulled me through my waist and kissed me.

"Ka... Kai" I stuttered as he took his lips away from me but still hugged my waist. Automatically, I glanced down the hallway and saw Lisander walking on and past us. If I'm not wrong, he was glancing at us.

"I miss you, babe," Kai said, bringing my attention back to him. I pulled myself slowly from his embrace and he let go of his hand from my waist. I smile.

"How's your holiday?" I asked.

"Good. How about your?" he asked.

"Same, really good," I replied and we walked towards our class. As usual, he escorted me first before heading to his class.

The first week was normal. Nothing mattered except for one thing. The Language class that I took on Fridays. My last class of the week. The class is general. And you know a general class is usually a compound class, and that's right, I am in the same class as none other than Lisander. Yup. My nightmare. I was panicked when I saw him enter the classroom. He paused as soon as he walked into the classroom when he saw me. It seems he also didn't expect that he was in my class. But thank goodness he immediately turned and sat in the back seat furthest from my place. After class finished, I saw him leave the classroom immediately. Perfect for ending my lecture this week. But I won't interact with him as much as possible in this class. So there shouldn't be any problems.

Weekend, I spent together with Kai on Saturday. Whereas on Sundays I'm only at home.

The days were fast going on and it was already Friday again without me realizing it. We were having lunch at our usual table and as usual, Lisander was in his place with a woman, whom I didn't know until now. Are they on vacation together? They seem to be getting closer, so maybe they are on vacation together.

"Tonight Suho has a party at his house. You all come, right?" Kai asked. Suho is a college basketball player.
