~Your POV~

I was running down the street in the middle of the night after Mr.Smith's shop went up in flames. I look behind me and then I bump into something or someone.

"Oh my god, I'm so sorry sir. I wasn't looking where I was going." I say.

"It's alright. Did you work at Mr.Smith's Clock Shop?"

"Yes, but it burned and he went with it." I say.

"Well I'm here to offer you a job. Lodging and meals will be provided and I'll teach you everything you need to know." the man says, I can tell he isn't human, and I bet he can tell I'm not human either.

"Well, thank you. I'm (y/n) (l/n)."

"Sebastian Mechaelis, now follow me." I follow him to the Phantomhive estate and I marvel at how well the grounds are kept. We go inside, I get lead into the servant's quarters and I see my room where there are some blue maid outfits. I change and the knee high boots are new, but I'll make them work. I'm then lead to a study where I see the young master.

"I'm Ciel. and I hear you're (y/n) (l/n), my new house maid."

"Yes sir." I say.

"I remember seeing you at Mr.Smith's working on watches. Not a very lady like job, but your work is very good. Sebastian's pocket watch was made by you." he says.

"Thank you, sir."

"Now, Sebastian, show her around the manor."

"Yes, my lord." he says, "Come (y/n), theres lots to see."

Im given a tour of the estate and I get to know Sebastian. He tells me about when the manor burned and was rebuilt to be identical to the one that burned. We continue to walk and we end up listing of our talents. It seems that Sebastian can do just about anything, classic demon.

"Wow, the I can only make clocks and sing." I say.

"Well I haven't heard you sing, but I'm sure it's beautiful yet powerful."

"No its actually quite soft." I say. "Now if you want me to lure you to your watery death, thats another thing."

He just laughs a little, "Theres no point in hiding it (y/n), I know you're a siren."

"Well now that we're going there, I know that you're a demon attached to the young master by a deal."

"Precisely." he says as he takes his pocket watch out, "My look at the time, I must start to make dinner preparations."

We walk back and I start to familiarize myself with the many rooms and which are problem areas that will need frequent cleaning. I make your way down to the servants quarters to see Bard and Finnian eating some of the food Sebastian made.

"You're (y/n), the new house maid right?" Finnian asks.

"Yep." I say.

"Sebastian made some roasted pork, you should get some." Bard says.

"Hmm, ok." I get a plate and dish out a slice of the pork, some of the potatoes, and grab an apple. I get some cutlery and sit down at the table and start to eat. I hear Sebastian come down with the cart he took to the young master.

"(y/n), are you settling in alright?" Sebastian asks.

"Yes, before I came down here I familiarized myself with the manor and the problem areas."

"Very good." he says smiling.
