He died once more, leading to regression. It was another cycle. A nevereding cycle.

Why is it so hard to keep things the same? Why is it so hard to protect? Why is it hard to stay alive? Why is it so-? Why, why, why?!

Why is it so hard to stay by your side?

The curse of regression, rewinding, going back to a past no one but him knows.

Once was enough, to make her love him again was abuse.

After all, the her of this turn isn't the person he loved.

Would there ever be a time he could just hold her within his arms again? Will he ever get to meet her again? Could he ever be able to make her love him again?

No, no. That was too contradictory. He promised himself, once was enough. To feel it one time is already a blessing on its own.

Perhaps he would just stare from afar. Maybe she would find a different love that way.

Perhaps he would meet her once, staring at her familiar face, comitting it into his memor- stop. That isn't what he wishes.

Perhaps he could protect her from the shadows. Let her meet another person who could shower her with love and affection that he was not able to properly give.

Right now, however, he still has a lot of time to think this decision through. Every speculation he made already passed his head a regression turn ago, all was said but wasn't done, and so was two regressions ago, and three regressions ago, and the regression before that...

In the end, he wasn't able to stop himself.

His longing for his loved one was too intense.

But maybe, just maybe, he could actually do something useful this regression turn.

This love of his was eternal, it wasn't a one time only thing. But hers was, it was one regression only thing. If he could, maybe he would start avoiding her, before she turns into a void.

He just hopes that they wouldn't have to part at all.

With his head swirling with contradictions, he was lost and she was his only direction.

Yoo Jonghyuk looked at the sky, seeing the glimmering constellations for the first time ever since this regression turn. He silently curses the star stream for this tragedy he calls love, yet he stood no chance against it.
