The two ex grand masters were walking down the street hand in hand, citizens bustled, decorating their homes and some holy knights were decorating the streets

Hendrickson and Dreyfus find a quiet corner outside of the castle where they sit, Dreyfus smiles, adoring his silver haired Boyfriend, when Hendrickson looks over however, Dreyfus quickly looks away, a blush rising to his face, earning a laugh from Hendrickson.
"This is nice" Hendrickson looks forward, and Dreyfus looks back at the Druid "I mean, this is the first Christmas that you've spent with me" Dreyfus chuckles a bit
"I'm just glad that Anna was understanding" he leans back on his hands
"Does Griamore know that you and Anna are getting a divorce?"
"No"
"Is he in the city right now?"
"Yes" Dreyfus watches as two little girls chase each other around, both carrying garland "but he's been spending most of his time in the castle, so I haven't gotten to sit him down and talk"
"How do you think he'll react?"
"I'm sure he'll be surprised" Dreyfus runs his finger through the snow "he probably won't be upset though" Hendrickson looks over "this has been coming for years, we all knew it" Hendrickson opens his mouth but a loud ringing cuts him off, The two of them look up as the Christmas bells ring out over Liones, Dreyfus smiles softly at the last ring
"I'm glad I could spend this Christmas with you Hendy" Hendrickson grins as he and Dreyfus look back at each other. Dreyfus reaches out and cups Hendricksons face with his hand and pulls closer, their lips meet
A short moment of tenderness between the two
While some people would consider it pathetic that the two of them find such small acts of affection satisfying, they have been waiting over a decade for this, so that's enough
Another bell rings out, the loud noise washing over the two ex grandmasters, filling out the quiet tenderness
