I stumbled into the empty hallway, dragging my duffel bag along.
Instead of coffee, Luke took me out to a gorgeous Italian place. They served us glasses of 2010 Marchesi Antinori. Luke definitely knows the way to a woman's heart. Endless carbs and red wine to go with it.
I had too much of a good time with Parker. Being with him was just easy.
I frowned at the tupperware in my hand. I couldn't finished the heaping meal of lasagna. So I thought I could take it back. I stared at the lasagna in my hands.
"Dante loves lasagna." I thought, tearing up.
God. Oh no. Not emotional drunk Quincy again.
"Where have you been?" A low, harsh voice echoed through the hall.
I jumped in surprise. Through my drunken haze, I saw his approaching figure. I nervously backed away. His intoxicating cologne is clouding my better judgement. And if I'm not too careful, sooner or later candor Quincy would show her face.
I definitely do not want to confess my confused feelings to him.
My mouth widened in horror.
Oh god. Do I have feelings for him.
His dark eyes watched my every move as he cornered me against the wall.
"You still haven't answered my question, little writer" He leaned down by my ear and whispered.
Lethal eyes stayed gazing into mine as his warm breath fanned my face. I exhaled, nervously.
"You have been drinking." His voice dropped down an octave. making him scarier than ever.
One of his hands grabbed the sides of my neck. I gasped in surprise as memories flooded in. This was one of his many ways of getting me to submit.
"With who."
Through my long lashes, I peered up at the seething male. Dominance, his dominance always turned me on and there was no exception now.
What was I doing? Letting him control my body? I should be shoving him away, yelling at him to keep his hands to himself.
But maybe, there was a part of me that still longed for him to be controlling me, dominating my every move.
I found myself speechless, looking like a deer trapped in headlights.
"Silence won't do you well. Don't you remember our rules?"
I blinked slowly. The memories flooding back into my head. I tried to brush it off however, the fog over my drunken mind making it harder and harder to remain alert.
Regaining some form of control over my weak mind and body. I clawed at Dante's arm. However, he just chuckled darkly.
"Funny how you think you can escape me." I shivered as Dante's free hand trailed my legs before pushing up my shirt.
"Dante, I- ." I started, breathlessly.
"Who." He growled lowly against my ear.
His thumb pressed onto my stomach, circling it warmly. His familiar touches slowly turning my mind into mush.
"Parker." I managed to squeak out.
I peered at Dante just to see him 10 times angrier.
"Do you want him dead, little writer?"
