It’s dark, pitch black and cold.

My body was shivering and my heart was pounding furiously in my chest.

Where was I?

Why was I in a pit of darkness?

Why was it so cold?

My head ached and my body ached too. My eyes felt tired and my chest felt so damn heavy. Shifting, I lifted my hand painfully and rubbed my chest where there was so much pain but stopped and frowned once I felt something warm on my hands. In a flash, I sat up ignoring the rush of pain that surged through my entire body.

Touching my chest again, I kept on touching the warm liquid. What was it? Whatever it was, after a few minutes it became sticky on my hands.

Looking around I signed, and stood up my entire body surging with unbearable pain. Ignoring the pain, I looked up what I thought was meant to be the sky but was met with nothing but darkness.

Where was I? Better question was can I get out of here? I need to somehow find out how I ended up here and how to get out, but already the feeling in my stomach told me it isn’t going to be easy.

Why was I even here? I can’t seem to remember anything and that hurt really badly. I don’t think I can sit here in pitch black darkness for the rest of my life. I would probably end up somehow killing myself if I stayed here alone.

Sitting down I let out a screech once my butt hit with something hard. Lifting myself off my feet I picked the thing that was on the floor and frowned as I played around with it in my hands. I couldn’t see what it was nor could I make out what it was. Signing in frustration I threw it away and froze once I heard a low growl.

Taking a step back, I heard shifting and some more growling.

 Looks like I wasn’t alone…

Closing my eyes tightly I heard more shifting and the growls becoming much louder. I took a step back but regretted it once my feet met with small rocks and pebbles which made little, crunching sounds.

“If you hurt me. I will kill you!” I screamed pathetically. The growls grew louder and suddenly I could see multiple pairs of bright amber yellow light bulbs? When suddenly they blinked and I screamed turning around and running as fast as my legs could allow me to run.

As I ran as fast as I could, what sounded to be like wolfs were right behind me. My heart hammered against my chest. Whatever was chasing me, one thing for sure is that I’ll be dead pretty soon.

It was pitch black and I couldn’t help but cry out once I hit a large, concrete wall making me fall down to the floor. My body ached and my heart bet furiously against my chest.

I was going to die.

The growls became louder and the bright amber yellow eyes became closer. I shuffled back against the wall, my hands shakingly behind me trying to find something on the floor that would help me defend myself.

I felt the small wisps of hair of what I think were the wolves and swallowed hard. My palms became even sweatier and my heart raced so fast that I actually thought my heart would give up.

But then suddenly I heard something that I’m sure popped my ear drums. A loud whistle like screech echoed loudly and I couldn’t help but scream loudly covering my ears.

The whistling screech came to a stop and I sat up in confusion looking around waiting for the wolves to attack me.

“The wolves have gone into a little deep sleep. We don’t have long, we must go” I was grabbed by the arm and pulled up. My heart bet against my chest furiously.

 I wasn’t alone. Again.

“Who are you?” I demanded. “I’ll explain on the way. Now we must go.” Shaking my hand out of the persons grip I took a step back.

“I asked you, who are you? I expect you to answer me.” I demanded again.

“Other than the wolves, I’m the only person here. So come on, let’s go.”
