she let out a heavy sigh, sitting up right and moving towards the camera in a crawl like motion, the angle flattering her tits in every way

"thank you all for joining, especially you captain, i hope to see you again" she said with a wink, ending the live

"so we're going to be having someone new here? why? aren't we a great team just the... however many of us?" tony sighed into the phone, laying across the couch as the whole team listened in

"he's mad" bucky commented, walking in "what gives"

"fury found someone new. someone with powers, not just strength and suits" natasha commented

"did he say the powers?" steve asked, not looking up from his newspaper

"mind stuff" tony called out, covering the mic "i'm just saying, its cool and all, but not necessarily needed"

"seems interesting" bucky commented, grabbing a plum from the bowl infront of them

"here? now? we aren't home" tony lied, joking tone quite obvious "alright, whatever. bye" he hung up "looks like we have a new playmate coming" tony faked enthusiasm 

"you seem ecstatic" natasha chuckled 

"i have all you freeloaders, now another?" he bitched, he seemed like he was joking but he didn't seem to excited 

"did you get a name?" bruce finally piped up, standing from his seat at the table

"just a first name, y/n" he sighed, sitting down

steve couldn't hold in the little laugh he had, choking on his coffee as he snickered. the world had a funny way of coincidences. but he's pretty sure the woman he's uh, subscribed to and ordered content from, isn't a hero

"whats funny?" natasha asked

"sorry, long story" he shook his head with a grin, looking back down at his paper

"well, y/n and fury are on their way apparently. she can mind control, do things to memories, change objects shapes i don't know i didn't listen" he confessed, walking down the hall

"well, should be nice having a new face around here" bucky spoke between bites, not an ounce of sarcasm in his words

"it'll be good" bruce confirmed "they will probably be here soon, is there even a room ready?"

"likely" natasha spoke "theres like 6 empties"

"alright, well can someone call me when their here? i'm going to head to the lab, i've been working on this thing... yeah" he trailed off, turning around when natasha nodded, agreeing to contacting him

the few of them dispersed, mostly. steve remained, seated at the island, still enjoying his coffee. bucky sat down on the couch, going through his phone. at some point tony walked back in, but neither of them had noticed. 

the had been pacing, going from the living room back to what steve assumed was his own room, not paying him any attention

he heard friday mutter something about director fury arriving. the few teammates filed in, natasha calling bruce just in case. steve's focus stayed on his coffee and newspaper, listening to everyone's chatter in the background as the doors opened. fury walked in, followed by a woman with h/c hair. huh, just like the y/n he was thinking of

everyone stood in silence for a moment as fury's eyes scanned the area, locking on the small brunette bounding down the stairs
