After Class

After everyone had shuffled out of class, I stood up from my center front seat.
"So, Professor, you wanted to talk to me?"
Snape nodded, then motioned for me to sit down. He came infront of my desk and began talking, "Mr. Jackson, I had thought you were nothing like your mother. Fortunately, you've proved me wrong. You are so much like your mother."
The next thing Snape knew, he had a gleaming bronze sword at his neck. "How did you know my mom?" Percy threatened.
Snape was honestly shocked. "She never told you of me?"
Percy looked at Snape sideways, yielding his sword. "My mother knew you?"
Snape sat down. "She was my best friend in my schooling years, we were inseparable with Lilly. I can't believe she never mentioned me ..."
Percy put riptide away.
"Snape, my mom- she's-"
Snape interrupted him.
"Let me tell you of my friendship with your mother. Sally went to Hogwarts at the same time as me, Lilly, James, and the others. Lilly, your mother, and I met on the train. They found me crying. I was misgendered at birth, Percy. They had seen the aftershocks of my last beating. They took me under their wings, helping me become who I am today. People thought we were dating, when, in reality, we were just that good of friends. I was devastated when her parents died and she had to move back to America. Even more when Lilly died and she didn't show up. I've missed her ever since. Will you take me home to see her over the holiday?"
Percy's eyes were glazed at the sad story. "I can't," he mumbled.
"Why not?" Snape said in offense.
"Because, Professor, my mother was murdered."
Snape broke down while Percy comforted him.
"I know," Percy said in understanding, "but if you need someone to blame, blame me. It's my fault my mother died. My fault Wise girl died. My fault my princess died. My fault they all died.." Percy trailed off. While that was happening, Snape looked up. Percys eyes were glowing. The nonexistent winds in the room picked up. All of the sudden, the entire room was thrown in a hurricane, but Snape wasn't touched.
Looking back, Snape wasn't sure if that was on purpose, but it doesn't matter.
A whirlwind of water wrecked everything and tore the walls. It was only a matter of time to when the whole dungeon was broken.
