SPOILERS DON'T READ UNLESS YOUR CAUGHT UP ON SEASON 5!
Okay I'm legit freaking out internally about this episode. Here are my thoughts on everything:
1. MAC WHAT ARE YOU THINKING! DESI AND YOU ARE SO TOXIC ITS NOT FUNNY AND YOUR GONNA PROPOSE TO HER?! YOU EVEN SAID IT YOURSELF THAT YOU ARE ON AGAIN OFF AGAIN!!! Sorry I'm reall mad about this.
2. I got to admit Mac creating a diamond was pretty awesome though....
3. Bozer gets it. When Mac told him he was gonna propose on the inside Bozer was like "OH NO NO NO NO! ABSOLUTELY NOT!"
4. Russ........ do you wanna talk? You look a bit insane I think you may need a little break.
5. Bozer preparing Riley for heart break shows how great of a friend he is. We all need a friend like Bozer.
6. MURDOC IS BACK I REPEAT MURDOC IS BACK!
7. I have to say I think Desi has finally realized her and Mac aren't good for each other.
8. Murdoc revealing Riley's feelings was AMAZING! One problem though. She was speaking in past tense during the recording......
9. IF THE WRITERS TRY TO SAY RILEY IS OVER HER FEELINGS IM DONE! YOU CANT JUST TEASE US LIKE THIS AND THEN SAY SHES OVER IT!
10. I really like how instead of getting upset about Riley liking Mac Desi just tells her to stay focused and that they can talk about everything later.
11. Not gonna lie Mac not proposing has given me better hope for the writers.
12. Okay I'm sorry in advance for what your about to read. WHY DID YOU HAVE TO KILL LEANNA!!!!!!!!! AND THEN RUSS HIDING IT FROM BOZER?! THATS A WHOLE NEW LEVEL OF CRUEL!!!!! Sorry for yelling.
13. Riley explaining to Mac about her feelings even though she didn't have to makes me so happy and it shows how honest and good their hearts are. Also that hug!
14. Favorite comedic line of the episode- "Evil zoom meeting" 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣
15. Is it just me or did anyone else notice that when Matty told Bozer he wasn't the only one hurting Riley looked like she was crying while hugging Bozer. We don't really get a good look at her face in that moment but it looked like she was crying and not gonna lie it broke my heart.
16. Desi telling Mac to do what he thought was right makes me think she finally realized her and Mac aren't good for each other.
17. The way Desi looked at Mac and Riley hugging makes me believe this point even further.
18. Mac talking to himself at the end about how dumb his speech sounded. Also I think he finally realized what he's been feeling for months.
19. My sister legit started crying at the end because she thought the door Mac knocked on was Desi's but I was like "Desi still lives with him so it can't be her's."
20. Riley answering the door reminded me of Mac answering the door in 4x07
21. Mac asking Riley if trying to get over her feelings worked makes me believe it's possible they could end up together next episode.
22. The cliffhanger has me a little worried this is the first reason. The writers may try to play it off and say Riley's over her feelings and if they do that I'm done.
23. The other thing is my mom said "what if she has another guy at her apartment?" ........ Thanks now I can't think about the 'what if she's trying to date someone else to get over it or because she's over it' aspect.
24. Needless to say this next episode has me simultaneously excited and worried.
Bonus: The promo when Mac wraps Riley in the aluminum blanket! What if they kiss in that moment?!?!
