*Caleb POV*

What the hell! did i just find my mate?!? She's mesmerising .Her chocolate hair flowed seamlessly down her back, not to mention her piercing green eyes, crap! she was getting to me already. im screwed.

" Hellooooo..." Blake said waving his hand infront of me " Anybody home" he laughed as i scowled.

" Don't mock me beta" i grunted. My thoughts swirled back to Kimberly, how can she be my mate , shes human! " Dude this going to sound crazy but i think i found my mate"

"Seriously,hows that crazy?? you should be happy man!" Blake spoke exasperated.

" Wheres your dad man? i need to ask him something"

"Office" He spoke as he turned away " Meet me in the games room when you done" i walked down the hallways without another word until i came to at stop at Johnathan's, current pack Beta , office and landed a knock on the door.

"Come in" i heard as i opened the door " ahh Caleb how are you my future Alpha" he bowed his head in respect.

"Im good thanks... If i ask you a question will you promise to answer me truthfully and not hide anything" Caleb asked watching for any give aways he was lying.

"Always, i promise my honour i would not lie to you" he anwsered truthfully.

" Kimberly who is she? why did you adopt her?" at that i knew something was off. John froze looking at me like i'd grown another head.

" I will tell you the truth as you asked but you must swear not to repeat this to Kimberly or any of my other children" I nodded, sighing he continued " Kimberlys parents were Alphas and were killed 11 years ago in a battle between pack territorys,they were pat of the Dark Rising pack. Somehow Kim and her little sister escaped but got seperated in the fostering system. we found her little sister 9 years ago... Liberty"

"No way so let me get this straight, Kims a werewolf, Liberty's her real sister and Kim doesnt know any of this" my anger was bubbling away inside of me. The idea of lying to Kimberly broke me. " So why do care so much?"

" Kimberly's father was my bestfriend and also my brother" Johnathan spoke with his eyes full of hurt. My heart was breaking for Kimberly- no way im turning soft , next i'll be sat bawling my eyes out watching Dear John. I shook myself mentally.

" I can't keep this from her" he stared at questioningly at me with the look of why should you care. I sighed " l can't keep this from her because im her.... mate" The look of shock on his face was as if he'd been hit with a bat.

The door swung open to reveal none other than Kimberly herself.

" You're my what ?!?"
