"We'll go now then" Snow slowly covered the outside as the theater boys started to leave one by one. It was new year's and everyone were planning to use their break as a way to catch up with some family members back home. That, of course consisted of them leaving and having to travel to where their family were and unfortunately enough, both Tsumugi and Tasuku's family lived quite far from the city

As they say farewell, more and more silence filled the once crowded room as the ones who stayed felt a tinge of loneliness in their hearts. It was only going to be a few days but it wouldn't be the same

With Tasuku driving and Tsumugi on the passenger seat, they drive through the snow covered road with a comfortable silence accompanying them on their way.

After getting stuck in the car, getting out a few times for bathroom breaks and other essentials, they've finally arrived in their home town.

The two decided to part ways for now and spend it with their family first, before coming together on the last days to visit each other's family and just chat

Tasuku went ahead and dropped off Tsumugi at his grandparent's house where they spent most of the holidays and other events together.

After helping Tsumugi with his luggage, Tasuku drove away and went to his own family too.

Day One

Tsumugi dragged his stuff inside which consisted of souvenirs and his daily needs. He wasn't really looking where he was going, knowing the place at the back of his hand. He rung the doorbell once before dusting off exes snow before being met by a random person who were in comfortable and yet formal looking clothes

You opened the door and was met with what you assumed was Mrs Tsukioka's grandson who she talked about all the time. And you got curious to who this person is, the person that can make the elderly you took care of, have an instant smile in their face after hearing something about this man

You bowed your respects and said a simple hello, which he did the same.

"I'm sorry, who are you?" He asked on the way in, an awkward chuckle following after. Standing by the door, he took off his coat and shoes before turning back to you, who had just put his luggage inside

"Oh I'm sorry." You found yourself being rude to your guest, well not really, he's more like your employer that you did not know of, but nonetheless this was very rude. "My name is L/N Y/N, I am Mr and Mrs Tsukioka's caregiver" You bowed once again, now introducing yourself before giving him a small smile and holding your hand out

Tsumugi was already so confused in his mind as he shook your hand. How long has it been since he last visited that he didn't even know of you. He introduced himself after a few seconds of awkward silence before you went ahead left him to do his own stuff

Before you had the chance to get away, Zabi, the Tsukioka family dog as you like to call him, tackled you to the ground and licked you all over the place

A confused hum can be heard from where Tsumugi stood as he looked for the strange sounds to where he found you. He chuckled lightly to himself, which you thought of being absolutely angelic, as he helped you get up

"I'm sorry about this Tsukioka-san" Getting Zabi to calm down was not really that difficult as he is kind of a grandpa now, but turns out his youthful energy came back after seeing his best pal again
