Random parts I thought of but don't want to make a whole story for.

Death

 I watch as his eyes go dull, the life leaking away. The world seems to stop as his body falls, his hair covering his face like it's windy. As his body touches the ground I can't get myself to move. I'm weighted down from something I can't identify, I....can't feel anything. I find myself able to move as I sprint towards him, hoping maybe I can save him, sliding to my knees I hold his head in my lap. His chest rising and falling in uneven breaths, blood pooling beneath him, the golden irises dimming.

"Hey, hey, don't close those eyes okay? We still have things to do dumbass, there's no time to sleep," my voice cracking as the tears leak out. I wipe them away.

"Hehe, I know...I...I'm," he starts coughing, I hold him tight as they rack him, the tears falling into his ashy hair.

"Shh, it's okay, I know, I know," I pause, "if you really need to go ahead, go to sleep."

He nods his head, "okay...."

I start to rock him, "when you fall asleep now, know I'm watching over you, that I love you so...so much, I'll never let you go....go."

My tears rack my body with grief, "hey cam? You.....know I love.....you right?"

I nod my head, "good, just remember that....it's going to be.....okay cam, I'll see....you again...some.....d-day."

"You promise?"

"I-I promise."

"Okay, I'll hold you to that alright? You better not be lying."

"I'm..not...."

I nod my head again, I kiss his head as I feel his last breath leave him and his chest sinks still, "sleep tight my love, may you dream of wonderful things."
