"Josh, we've been driving for 45 minutes, where are we going?"

"We're almost there, just 5 more minutes."

Surely enough, five minutes later, he pulled unto an open field, cut the engine, and walked over to open my door for me.

"Where exactly is 'here,' Josh?"

"This, Jenson, is where I come to think. This is where the world fades out of focus and its just me and the stars. Lay down." He says and points to the blanket he has just laid down.

"Promise you won't rape me?" I joke.

"It's not rape if you like it." He teases then smiles, sending a blush from my heart to my cheeks. He lies down beside me and adds, "I love when you blush, it lights up the entire world."

I focus my gaze away from him to the stars, "Josh.."

"Yeah?"

"Why'd you bring me here?"

"Honestly?"

"Honesty is the best policy."

"I wanted you to see me phase."

"Phase?"

"Into my werewolf."

"Oh, whatever. I'm serious."

"Well, I'm not completely sure. I've never shown anyone this place, you were alone. I guess I just thought that you'd appreciate it. That makes you the type of person I'd like to show it to."

"You don't even know me, Josh."

"I'd like to."

"We both know that everything will go back to normal on Monday and you'll ignore me."

"That's not true. I told you, I want you to know the real me. The good me. I'll even sit with you at lunch."

"Josh, I don't even go to the cafeteria."

"Why?"

"There too many people, I'm proned to accidents."

"I'll keep you safe."

"Okay."

"So I can sit with you?"

"Ugh. Sure."
