I believe that Libra has been Reborn along with you, and is now a Member of your Black Bulls Squad."

Phorcys: "Fratre was of an ancient tribe. A race that had gone long extinct in these times."

Phorcys: "I do not interfere with mortal affairs. So I do not know the exact details. But I do know it has to do with a Devil... but as for what Fratre was... he was a being known for their strong connections to Mana... which is odd since he had no magic... but that matters not."

OmniY/n: "This tribe of people, what were they called?"

Phorcys: "Oh yes. Excuse me for beating around the bush like that... the name of these people, were called Elves."

OmniY/n: "... Elves..."

Y/n said thoughtfully as his knowledge of his past life grew a bit more.
