- first person pov -Sweat runs down my back as I sprint down the court, dribbling the ball as I run. I leave my opponents in the dust as I make my way to the hoop. Faking my moves and fooling my opponents, making them trip over their own feet was one of my talents.
No one can stop me.
Don't blink, or you'll miss me.
When I make it to the hoop that looks over me, I feel adrenaline rush through my veins. I launch off my foot, my hair flowing off my shoulders as I raise my arms above my head.
As I'm soaring through the air I look down at the poor girl who didn't react in time to block me. Gaping at me like a fish, I give her a smirk in return before slamming the ball into the hoop.
Hanging onto the hoop, I feel my grin widen as cheers echo around the gym, hitting my eardrums. I look behind me at all the shocked faces of the opposite team and my own.
"Wow, quite the view up here." I chuckle to myself before releasing the hoop and allowing myself to land on my two feet.
I give the girl who was meant to block me a side glance before smirking in victory as the buzzer echoed throughout the gymnasium, signalling the end of the game.
