It's been a week since me and Rob made up. Everything isn't back to normal yet. We are just enjoying the time together without so much drama. It's been a good week. Well almost a good week. Lately, with everything Aniyah has been here and there with me. Not sure why. I just really miss her and her smiles and her cute giggle. Maybe I need to step up and do something special for her. Yeah that's what I'll do.

It's Friday and Austin said he was taking me out. We haven't officially been out together on a date. So you can say I'm freaking out right now. He won't tell me where we are going so I have no clue what to wear.

"Kai!" I called my sister, maybe she can help.

"Yes my dearest sister." She said in a posh accent. I rolled my eyes and showed her the two outfits I narrowed down to.

"So which should I wear?" Waiting rather impatiently for an answer

"I think you should wear this." Taking this dress out of my closet. I scoffed at her. What do I look like wearing a dress.

"Just wear it. I'm sure Austin would love to see you in one instead of waiting for your wedding day." She winked at me. Making my eye go wide. This little girl is something alright.

"Fine." I sighed there's no harm in wearing a dress right. Plenty of girls do.

I took a shower, did my hair and now I'm getting my make up done by my mother. They swear this is like my first date.

"Are you done yet? Austin will be here soon." As if on cue the bell rang.

"Such a gentlemen he is. On time and everything." My mother said getting up and going down to answer the door. She looks more excited than I do.

I put my shoes on and grabbed the little things I need like my phone and put it in my bag and made my down to be met with Austin. Let me just tell you it's the best thing I could have seen. Austin standing there with flowers and that smile that got me weak to my knees.

"Hey beautiful. These are for you." He said handing me the flowers. My mom took them from to put them in water

"Thanks. You look nice." I say to him as I looked him up down.

"You look gorgeous. Should wear dresses more often. It looks really good on you." I blush and thank him

"Have a good time you two, don't have her home to late." My mom told Austin, pushing us out the door.

"So where are you taking me?" I asked as we walked to the car and him opening it for me.

"Not telling. Just sit and wait to see" he smirks as he get in. I sigh and just look out the window.

"Babe, you will love it don't worry." He tells me as he turn the radio on to drown out the silence in the car.

"I know you’ve been hurt by someone else

I can tell by the way you carry yourself

If you let me, here’s what I’ll do

I’ll take care of you

I’ve loved and I’ve lost"

Rhianna's voice sang through out the car. Me thinking this song couldn't be more perfect. Austin having trouble trusting me because of his past.

I know it has to be much more than Brianna. But that doesn't mean it didn't bother him. I feel there is something deeper. Maybe I can talk to him tonight about it.
