Reggie's mom offered to take Nella to the ballet studio but she declined, knowing that her mom would've seen her car and that would've started an argument between them. Nella looked at the clock Bobby had on the wall opposite the couch Luke claimed as his, she had an hour to get to sunset boulevard,
"Are you sure you don't need a ride?" Bobby asked the youngest member,
She nodded, reaching up to embrace the tall boy, "I'll see you in two days Wilson," The teenager dressed in the striped shirt grinned, opening the door to his house and letting himself in leaving Luke and Nella.
Things hadn't been the best between Emily and Luke and so he opted to stay at Bobby's just until things cooled over.
Seeing as it was just the two of the, the room fell silent, there had been some tension recently between the keyboard player and guitarist, neither of them could act on their feelings seeing as they didn't want to break their codes. Luke was told by Bobby that Reggie liked Nella before being told by Reggie that Bobby liked Nella and to top it off and Alex confessed to Nella that he liked Luke; because of that the two lead singers were forced to remain friends but that didn't stop Luke from trying to impress Nella. After all, if Nella asks him out then he wasn't that one breaking bro code.
"Want me to walk with you?"
The female lead gawked at him, "Luke it's a 45 minute walk to the boulevard and you have to walk back,"
Luke shrugged, adjusting the bandanna he had wrapped around his exposed bicep, "I wanna make sure you get there safely,"
"Lucas-"
Nella couldn't complete her sentence seeing as Luke has already taken her hand, dragging her out of the garage, "I'm not taking no for an answer princess,"
Nella giggled, pulling her hand away from Luke's to properly intertwine their fingers, "I like when you call me princess,"
The guitarist grinned, leading her out of Bobby's driveway, "I'll make sure to call you that more often, princess," Nella wanted to feel bad, she liked Luke she really did but Alex was practically her brother and as much as she'd flirt and joke with Luke she couldn't help feel like she was betraying her best friend.
