Chapter 9

[I'm not a tennis player, I just enjoyed the drama and wanted to write this, so, many stuff might be very wrong!]

"Why is she leaving? Maybe we misunderstood?" Jiale asks 

"It doesn't look like a date." Zhuo Zhi says as Lu Xia gets up

"Fine, that's it. We made a mistake."

"You overreacted." Baiyang and Lu Jia say 

"But my son should be a gentleman. Dear audience, look over there." They turn to see Lu Xia calling for Qi Ying

"I wish we were closer, I want to hear what they are talking about."

"Oh, that's it. I know what to do next time."

"Honestly, I was worried about my son. He always thinks about tennis, I'm happy to see that he has many friends who care about him. Take care everyone. I'm leaving." He starts shaking their hands

"Okay."

"Are you coming?" He asks his daughter, the girl shaking her head with a smile

"I still want to see a little more." She says still looking at the other two as her dad leaves

"So, we just saw who Lu Xia's future girlfriend is, but what about the other twin?" Jiale asks and everyone turns to the girl, Lu Jia looking at them with a blush

"We're talking about my brother, leave me out of this." She says 

"Your brother has been dealed with. Now, this is about you." Qiao Chen says and the girl gets up redder now

"I have places to be, see you guys at practice." She says before running off back home

TIME SKIP

"How is the racket?" Lu Jia enters the court area running to the resting part sitting down hiding from the sun

"It has been repaired." Lu Xia says

"You came back so early. You must have screwed it up."

"Serve now dad." Lu Jia smiles shaking her head softly

"What's the rush? Aren't you tired?"

"I have to beat you." 

"How is your uncle Jiang?" 

'So, he went to the store...' She thinks biting her lip softly

"Same as usual."

"You must have gotten a piece of advice from him." Lu Xia ignores him and goes to serve, their dad staying put

"I don't know what he was talking about. And don't lose on purpose." Lu Jia sighs before getting up again

"I'll be in my room if you need me." She warns before walking away

TIME SKIP

"Lu Xia, you should learn to balance the pressure on your knees. When doing the split step, you put most of the pressure on one foot. So, you have to strengthen the other foot. Or you can easily-"

"Moon-volley!"

"Or you can easily get a foot cramp."

"Boomerang Snake!"

"I got it." Lu Xia says

"How about me, Yan? Is there anything I can improve?"

"You need to be quiet." Lu Jia says slightly glaring at him
