"Is Namjoon coming home?"
They'd finished the dinner Yoongi made and were now both lazily sprawled on the couch watching the second episode. Yoongi looked up at the clock on the wall and frowned.
"Mm, probably not. Once it's past 11 I can pretty much guarantee he's sleeping over at Jin's."
Hobi smirked and nodded to himself. That was... Good. Interesting it was interesting, who said good?
Yoongi let his eyes carefully wander to the man sitting next to him. He felt a little on edge having him here. Especially because Hobi seemed so relaxed.
"Uh," he fiddled with his hair, and glanced at his lap, "Where do you want to sleep? Assuming," he took a little breath and met Hobi's waiting gaze, "assuming you're staying over..."
Hoseok let his eyes wander around the room for a moment before he preciously glanced at Yoongi. "You sure it's okay...?"
Yoongi scoffed and nodded. "Very."
Hobi wasn't convinced. "It feels wrong though!" This earned a glare from Yoongi.
"Fine. Why don't we just pretend," Yoongi licked his lips in annoyance, "for whoever's sake, that we were just watching a show and you fell asleep? Does that make it better?"
Hoseok thought for a moment but eventually nodded. "Yeah, okay."
Yoongi rolled his eyes. "So, I repeat, where would you like to sleep?"
A look of terror crossed Hoseok's face. "W-what are my options??"
Yoongi smirked and folded his hands in his lap. "Well, there's always my bed..." Hoseok audibly yelped. "W-whAt?!"
It didn't help Yoongi's growing smirk but he just bit his inner lip and nodded towards the other door. "I would sleep in Namjoon's bedroom, of course."
Hoseok visibly relaxed and it made Yoongi frown.
"O-okay. I can also sleep on the couch..."
Hoseok was honestly having a little bit of inner turmoil between sleeping in his crushes bed, that smelled like him and would be like cuddling a soft squishy Yoongi, or being smart and not putting himself in the position to fall even harder. Also wasn't it weird if he openly said he wanted to sleep in Yoongi's bed?
"Fine," Yoongi started to get up, "do whatever you want."
Hoseok frowned and stood up too. "Where are you going, we aren't done!"
Yoongi gave him a look, "Dishes." Making Hoseok's lips form a little 'o', before he got up as well to help.
"So how long have you and Namjoon been roommates?" Hoseok asked, drying his dish.
Yoongi shrugged, glancing at Hoseok's back. He had a nice ass.
Hoseok turned around when Yoongi remained silent, and immediately blushed. "Yoongi?"
The man jumped, quickly turning his back on Hoseok and mumbled something to himself about college and "I'll get you blankets." Before running for his bedroom.
Hoseok pursed his lips to suppress his laughter and put his dish away.
He met Yoongi back on the couch, the man carrying in front of his tiny frame a pile of blankets almost as large as him.
"Jeez," Hobi got up and helped him dump the blankets on the couch, "You really trying to bury me alive?"
Yoongi chuckled and shrugged. "It's winter, you might get cold."
Hobi smiled to himself and nodded. "Well, thanks. Even though I'm not staying, you know, thanks for... getting me the blankets so I can comfortably watch shows with you for a very long time..." Yoongi rolled his eyes and nodded, flopping down next to Hobi who threw him a blanket.
"You got any hot chocolate?" Hoseok asked, cocking his head to the side adorably, which made it very hard for Yoongi to be annoyed when he nodded and got up to make it for them.
"I can make it Yoongi!" Hobi shouted, moving to get off the couch, but Yoongi caught him, and pushed him back down into the sofa, mumbling dully. "How are you gonna help me, you don't know where anything is."
Hoseok scowled and eyed him as he trudged into the kitchen and fumbled around making stuff. He was so... small. He bit his lip and tried not to get lost in watching Yoongi. Unsurprisingly, he failed.
Once the hot chocolate was made, the two returned to watching their show, cuddled [not together] on the couch. They sat there for hours and it must have been close to 3am when Yoongi finally turned to Hoseok and observed his state. He was drifting to sleep, leaned precariously on one hand. His lips were just barely parted and Yoongi could see his chiseled nose fluttering ever so slightly as he breathed in and out. It took him a minute to say something, because he didn't really want to.
"Hobi," he shook him a little, "Hobi I'm going to bed now."
Hoseok didn't seem to respond, so Yoongi sighed and turned off the TV, making a move to get up. Finally, Hobi came to, and reached out, pulling Yoongi back onto the couch, mumbling quietly. "You have to stay."
Yoongi's eyes were wide as Hobi tugged on his wrist, trying to pull him down onto the much too small couch. It was only big enough to fit Hobi laying down and Yoongi sitting up, assuming Hoseok stayed curled up the way he was. Definitely not Yoongi laying down as well. But eventually Hobi succeeded in getting Yoongi back onto the couch. Yoongi stared at Hoseok. He was falling back asleep. "Why can't I go to my room?" he whispered quietly.
Hoseok refused to let go of his wrist as he mumbled back, "because it's more believable if we both fell asleep here."
Yoongi licked his lips and tried desperately not to burst out laughing. Hobi was such a nut. Finally, he decided to give up and, trying his best to get comfortable in his seat without actively sitting on Hoseok's head, he managed to fall asleep. Man was he lucky that Hobi wasn't a very cuddly person in his sleep.
Or at least, so he thought, until around 5am when he woke up to find Hobi's head nuzzling into his lap. He chose to ignore it and go back to sleep. If he didn't there would be bigger problems.
