"6-5. The winner is Siyang," The referee said as I crouch down to catch my breathing.
I look up to see Siyang walking up to the net so I followed.
"Good game. I'm sure that the Coach will let you in the team now," He said with a small smile.
"Hey! Did you guys forget something?" Jiale asked both of us as he points to us.
"Jiale..." Siyang started but was interrupted.
"That's right! Siyang has to take Y/n out on a date!" Qiao Chen exclaims with a smile.
I blinked in surprise as I thought about the bet. I glanced at Siyang to see him looking away with a blush.
"Oh yeah. I almost forgot about the bet," I nervously point out as I rubbed my neck.
"Well. Since it's a bet... Y/n, are you up for it?" Siyang asked as I look in between the 3 boys.
"Uh. Sure, right now?" I ask, surprised as Siyang nods to my questions.
"Okay. Let me got to the locker room to change," I say as I gather my things and make my way to the locker room to change.
After I got changed, I went back outside to see Siyang, Qiao Chen and Jiale waiting outside the tennis court.
"Hey," I greet as I stand next to Siyang.
"Ready?" He asks as I give him a nod.
"Jiale, Qiao Chen... Don't follow us." He told the 2 boys who looked at each other before nodding in agreement.
"You coming?" Siyang asked as I shook my head and looked at him with a small smile.
Siyang started to lead me down the street as I look around to try to keep me occupied.
"So... Where are we going?" I ask, trying to not look at him.
"It's a surprise," He said, not even glancing at me as he stared forward.
"Can I ask you a question?" He asked as he stopped in place and turned towards me.
"Sure," I replied with a smile.
"When we were doing our match, I noticed that there was a bruise on your wrist," He said as he glanced at my wrist which I tried to cover it up my sleeve.
"It's nothing," I say with a small smile and a shake of my head.
"Sorry for asking," He said as he turned back around and started to walk but I cut him off.
"The bruise is from my ex," I blurted out as he stopped in his tracks and turned his head.
"He didn't want me playing tennis since he was popular. He wanted me to do cheerleading but I told him no," I started, telling him what happened.
"So one night, I came home and he found out that I was playing tennis so he got angry and things got out of hand," I said, touching my wrist.
"So what happened?" He asked, his body now turned towards me.
"I ended things with him and moved in with my best friend,"
"I'm sorry," He apologized as I shook my head.
"Don't be. It's not your fault,"
I look up and noticed that he was giving me a look.
"Are you okay?" I ask as he cleared his throat.
