for entertainment
not cared about
treated like a doll
only pretty dolls get chosen
don't they?
controlled like a puppet
pretty dolls get luxurious treatment
but I'm not asking for that
can't I be loved and cared about?
would anyone look at me
and say
"What a pretty doll"
no
who would notice a rose
in a field of sunflowers
outshined
in the dollhouse
all alone
no companions
no lovers
no one to talk to
no smiles
no tears
just a doll
trying to fit in
with the pretty dolls
