My reading is straight escapism. I have always enjoyed reading sci-fi and some fantasy and crime/spy. I don't like anything too brutal or nitty gritty hard life stories - there's quite enough of that in newspapers etc. for me.

 Unfortunately , Wattpad now allows authors to impose advertisements on readers.

Well, if that is what you require for reading your story then I will not read it.  Only lousy authors need those kinds of tricks.  I delete any stories that require me to view ads.
