Loving the wrong person or being the wrong person to someone's love? I mean would you rather have loved and lost or been loved to and escaped from love? @vickyv that's ok! (: Aah ok I get it now, I was just wondering. His desire for revenge just took over whatever love he had for his wife. I think you're right, his reaction was somewhat expected. At first, I really hated him for doing that to Rose but towards the end, he redeemed himself - especially when he ate EXTRA spicy food with boiling water :D Nice story, I officially finished reading it yesterday! :)) Haha nice to meet a neighbour too! :D P.S. LMAO when I eat reeeeally spice food, my eyes turn red and water and my nose just... uggh :L Haha how about you?

@scorpianio hiiii :D thank u for writing.... n njoying this book..... i think he did.... atleast to some degree he was in love with her... the more he knew her.... d deeper he fell in love but his lonliness and his desiee for revvenge blinded him to love..... but when he assumes he can get back to rose... after he realisea there ia no revenge requieed..... i think it was his belief in their love that madw him think he n rose still had it.... his naivete shows when he assumes he can have a family again..... but when uv closed urself to love and u suddenly find it.... i think.... this could b one of the expected human reaxctions ryt..? What do you think? Ps... nice meeting a neighbour :) hows u

Hey I was just wondering about 'Handcuffed Bliss', did Ethan/Jake ever actually love Rose? Like when she was living at his house, he treated her so lovingly and he'd hug her and he even got worried when she got injured down the stairs etc... and then all of sudden, he kicked her out and called her a slut...? I know he did it for revenge and he felt bad (later) but during the time Rose and Ethan spent together, did he feel ANYTHING towards her??? Sorry I'm just kind of confused :L But anyway, great book! And I like how you put cultural links in it too :) I'm not Indian (I'm Pakistani/Australian) and I think your book was refreshing, and different to many books (which is a good thing)! :D
