(This) Writers Prologue So many stories needing to be told, Tough to choose either poetic or prose; Fiction is fact gently seeded with lies, Poetry challenges the mind to rationalize. My life both good and bad I recall, My Lady, I write her on a pedestal; So I leave only on this side of the grave, Written words and rhymes that I freely gave. © 2009 R Lee Cline Retired, married, father of two sons, and grandfather to six....My working years were mainly in the printing industry in which the last position I held was production manager. Writing was always a passion that started in the early 1970's in which I wrote a number of song lyrics. I later started writing a little poetry but never got real serious about it until 4 years ago. I'm open to trying a number of styles and formats but I especially like telling a story or making a particular point. I enjoy reading poems and stories of others and appreciate their feedback on my work. Have a great day..... Recently added.... The Dream & Postscript to an Epitaph (The Sojourn)....
