Sam was born in Pétion-ville Haiti and moved to the United States in the early 70’s. A son of a Pentecostal minister, Sam, spent his formative years developing his now strong faith, convictions, and love of the Haitian culture with a focus on being a public servant /leader and now publisher. After graduating from High School with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Sam enlisted in the United States Army and volunteered to serve as an Airborne Infantryman. Sam’s first assignment was as an Airborne-Ranger with the 3rd Ranger Battalion at Fort Benning, GA and he is listed in the “Ranger Walk” on the Ranger Memorial at Fort Benning, GA.

Sam retired from the Army after 23-year of Honora-ble service. His lengthy career afforded him the op-portunity to serve at various levels of commands. He has spent significant time in numerous countries and lived in ten different cities around the world. Sam was widely recognized as an expert on military matters, and revised, staffed and published the Army Reserve Regulation for Retention and Transition Programs in March 2006.

Sam received his Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Business Administration from Liberty University. He received his Master of Business Ad-ministration (MBA) degree with honors in Conflict and Negotiation Management from Touro University. Sam is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the school of Public Policy and Administration at Walden University with dual specializations in Public Management & Leadership, and Local Government Management for Sustainable Communities.
