Hello! I'm Zarin, a writer and a dreamer. 

I love writing... unlike many other things for me, it's not just another passing phase. The smallest things have the ability to inspire me - a single word, a single image, a single smile. Through writing I can escape whatever's going on around me. One day, I'd like to be good enough to get published. Yes, that's quite ambitious, I know! 

With a love of writing comes a love of reading, or vice versa? My favourite authors are Melina Marchetta, Jodi Picoult, Khaled Hosseini and J.K. Rowling.

For now, I'm working on a single novel which you will see on this page - Kissed by Chaos, a historical fiction/fantasy. I also write poetry and short stories here and there. 

I'm also a wannabe musician, although that's ironic considering I have a horrible case of stage fright which I am overcoming at a painfully slow rate. I play guitar and sing.
