I love to read, and am particularly fond of Victorian based murder mysteries. I find myself ensnared by the tight moral codes, disguising the wickedness beneath. The Ripper murders and their bungled investigations are fascinating. 
I like steam punk, clockwork punk, and diesel punk, (any incorporating the Whitechapel Murders would get my attention) in fact most of the punk sci-fi genre. 
I’m hungry for new and interesting writers of talent. I’m not into hearts and flowers or teen werewolf/vampire absurdities. I Have no problem with sexual or violent content, as long as it has a pertinent place within the story. I find the humour/fear dynamic almost irresistible.
Don’t fan me, I don’t write anything, this isn’t facebook. I’ll only fan if I really like the story. I might just Lurk, it depends on what I find. 
I’ll be as honest as I can and try not to be rude, or alternatively, sycophantic. 
About real life me, not much, mum/wife/dog lover/teacher.

Thanks for adding "Cipher" to your library and the votes. I'm gratified you enjoyed it and brought an interesting aspect of the relationship between society and celebrity to the discussion. Sorry that I got so verbose. It really was interesting. Not all of my work is fanfic, I have two short stories in circulation for publication, so I had to take them down.
