Hi, I'm Maddie. It's short for Maddison, with two D's, so if you call me 'Maddison' don't forget the second 'd'. I'm fifteen. I'm just your everyday internet girl, who spends her days making playlists on Spotify and developing some carpal tunnel that will most certainly plague her later in life. 

I'm pretty much always on the internet, procrastinating. I'm obsessed with music. Some of my favorites are Foster the People, the Kooks, Cults, MGMT, Bon Iver, Marina & the Diamonds, Rogue Wave, Best Coast, Arctic Monkeys, Two Door Cinema Club, Vampire Weekend, and so many more. I judge books by their covers.

I got the chance to go to some English seminars today and met some really awesome college professors there, as well as Rebecca McClanahan, which was nice to hear her talk about her process of writing and things, despite it all being centered on poetry. I feel so blessed to have over a 1,000 fans (if I may still call them that despite them being considered followers now). I feel really bad for neglecting to upload a new story. It's a little challenging with school. I have not stopped writing, that's a part of me I cannot shut off, but I have hit a difficult rut where writing is concerned. I have a few stories started, but I get bored easily, as well as writer's block, and then there's this whole thing where I write a lot and then just hate and regret it all so I delete it...Anyway, I'd just like to say thank you all so much for fanning/following/whatever and being so patient. I promise I will upload as soon as I find a story that I feel is written well enough to upload (I'm really regretting a lot of the old ones I've posted on here). Thank you so much for being so great. I promise to try and get something churned out, though I cannot promise it'll be soon, because let's face it. I'm a high school student as well as a writer, and if there's one thing I've realized about life is that writer's aren't always the most reliable people. Anyway, thanks again. I love you all and owe you so much.

@ct71096 - That's awesome! I only know one person in real life with the same birthday as me and that's this weird popular kid that  is a year younger than me, and it's the same birthdate to the year. We were even born in the same hospital. But he's strange.

I don't know how you manage to fit a whole story into a few pages but your stories are so amazing and I love how you can make the shortest story feel like a novel I love your writing and the story lines you choose

@CheekyPanda I'm not sure. I don't think so. I don't pay much attention. I mostly try to reply to comments and that's about it...I think it tells you how many read if you look at the story, though. I hope I understood this correctly and I'm sorry I couldn't be more help.
