I have had the exact same thing happen to me with about three stories from a different site. The author will go months without uploading then apologize vehemently and wind up doing it again. But that had to be in my top five cliff hangers. Ever, including tv shows. Or they take the sorry down for editing when the plot gets really good.

@srwgirl Yeah, I know and it sucks. I so want to know what happens! But it is a hazard about reading stories on writing websites. I read this one story on a different website and is was AWESOME but the author stopped at eight chapters and that was about two years ago. Anyways, thank you. :) And I now put a warning (even though it might not do any good) on 'To Summon a Vampire' page that it hasn't been updated in awhile. But it is school time so the author might be busy but you never know. :) And what a cliff-hanger right?!
