I am a retired businessman who took up writing as a hobby and because my daughter kept pestering me to write down my stories.  She started a blog for me (dickspizza.the-drapers.net/) seven years ago and I have been posting stories from my past, political rants and short stories since.  I'm working on 
a novel but then, who isn't?

I'm not looking to be a professional writer, but do it because I enjoy it and I pretty much suck at art,
music, gardening and golf.

My wife and I have been married for 48 years (to each other) and we have 3 kids and 7 grandkids.

Besides writing I do enjoy fly fishing, hunting and the occasional humility of a day on the golf course.
