Well i'm no expert,but you could try experimenting with another charcter's point of view.Like Amy or the ghost Nikolas.Give their perspective.Just a thought.
Don't stress,write freely,anything that comes to your mind write it without pausing to check for mistakes or grammar.This is called free writing.I tried it when I got stuck on my story and it helped me so maybe it'll help you too :)
When you think you can't write anymore then go through what you've written and edit it for mistakes,grammar and stuff.

I'm stressing about my book that im writing.ive not writen anything more 4 my book.i keep coming up with.....BLANK.
