I'm Irish and have been writing for years.  I have two books on Kindle and Smashwords - just search for my name, Claire Farrell. I'm planning on writing a full length novel based on this book and what happens after that night if people like it.

Hi Claire!

I just finished reading Cursed with Verity, and I have to say that I really enjoyed the story. You have a great idea and it's a bit different from the typical werewolf story, yet has all my favorite things. Right now, the book you have posted is a pretty good length to publish as a Young Adult (YA). However, I would recommend elaborating a bit in certain parts. For example, the ending was a bit rushed. Throughout the book you have these people following her and threatening her but they do nothing until the last chapter. Also, I felt there was too much of a time lapse between major events. Most stories take place over a short time frame. In an adult romance, for example, the events can bring the couple from stranger to marriage in like five days. There are a couple other things, but they are mostly nit picks, like Noah appearing out of nowhere. Overall though, I enjoyed it and read the story in one day. Congrats on finishing your book!

@sarlint I'm always looking for beta readers.  :)  I'm going to run through the story once more in January (new year's resolution) and then I'll be interested in getting feedback. Hello! Loved your book, I sped through it, it was so easy to read. Well written. Just thought I'd drop a line and see if you still wanted beta readers/etc and to offer my help. My OWN writing may stink, but I've read a lot and I did see a few things I would point out for you- phrasing mostly, because really your work is awesome. I've seen worse in mass published well established authors!
