@berak_angles That's a really stupid question. If you had read better in the comment I sent, you'd read that I did know. I only ask before I legibly bust because some people are sensitive about those types of things. No harm done. And yes. You hare in trouble for using a picture and not crediting it. Using a picture that isn't yours, and not saying it's not you is like stealing someone's identity. The girl in the picture is not me, and I even say so in my profile 'About me'. I also give the name. I'm not saying you have to put her name, but please mention somewhere that the girl in the picture is not you (this is to prevent another person accusing you of being fake). And unless you're talking about Berak, a village in Croatia, you might want to change your name to: 'break_angels'-- which would make more sense, wouldn't it?
