If it sounds like writing, rewrite it. Everything you do is research. Washing the dishes, going to a party, watching Adventure Time--research. Make as many mistakes as you can. Your characters will thank you. Break every rule of writing.

But I'm working on SuperHero's rewrite this summer, so you won't see the Essence rewrite anytime soon. @lacrossechick15 Yeah, sure no problem as long as you don't try publishing it anywhere or use the same words I did.

Hi Yuffie! So, I'm writing a short story for a creative writing thing. My protagonist is a genius, however he gets in a bad situation where he needs to cause a diversion to get away from the people who are chasing him. Since I suck at biology and chemistry and I'm not a terrorist, I was wondering if I could make my protagonist make the same bomb as Annie did in Stray to cause a diversion. I just want to make sure that this is okay with you because I'm not really sure if this is plagiarizing or not. I'm not intending to put my story on wattpad or anything, it's just a short story.

@gracesucks No, I don't. I can't sit through horror movies, and the only "horror" story I've ever read was Coraline when I was a kid.... So I really don't know how to write them. Honestly, just put mention of a clown in the story, and it'll be the most terrifying story to me. :p
