Hello! My name is Karen and I'm from Ireland. I'm 19, and I'm currently working on getting my college degree. I love, love, LOVE reading, and I've come to love writing more and more the longer I do it. I also love art and music, and am completely creative-minded...me and maths/science just don't mix. Some of my favourite authors are; Jeaniene Frost, Chloe Neill, Ilona Andrews and Patricia Briggs. As you can see; I like Fantasy and Romance. I'm a sucker for romance. However, as you can probably tell from my stories; I like two characters to develop a relationship over the course of a story, rather than falling in love after approximately two pages. That being said, I frequently get extremely frustrated when two characters who are absolutely perfect for each other just won't get together (Cough, Shannon and Nick, Cough). I have a hatred for Fan Fiction....but that's just my personal opinion. I'm also not a fan of Short Stories; for me the longer the better. If there's one thing to know about me, it's that I absolutely SUCK at making decisions...I'm like the poster child for procrastination. I'm not great at uploading on time either - sorry! That's pretty much the basics. If there is anything you'd like to know about me or my stories; feel free to comment and ask. Hey everyone, I realise I've basically fallen off the side of the planet these last few months and I'm sorry. There's been a lot going on in my life, unfortunately most of it not too good. In the last week or so I've actually been motivated to write for the first time in ages, and then last night my grandmother died, so that of course has taken priority over pretty much everything else. I can't promise when I'll update, only that I'll try my best to get it up as soon as I possibly can. Kaz xoxo

Hello, everybody! Just thought I'd let you all know that I'm just finishing up Chapter 79. It turned out a little longer than originally planned, but I doubt anyone will complain? Anyway, I'm not going to edit immediately because if I leave it for a bit, when I go back I can look at it with fresh eyes and I'll do a better job overall. Long story short, I'll either have it up tonight (Monday night), or tomorrow at the very latest. xoxo

Thank you, that really means a lot :) Don't worry, I haven't forgotten them...don't expect there to be some miracle cure where his mother wakes up, or anything, but their situation will be addressed before the end of the story. I'm almost finished the next chapter and I'm hoping to have it up today or tomorrow :) xoxo

Quick update! I've written most of the next chapter and I hope I'll have it up in the next day or so. I hit a bit of a wall about 4000 words in and I'm only now getting back on track so please bear with me :) Also, my internet is still acting up - right now I'm praying it works long enough for me to get this message typed and sent. *Sigh* Anyway, keep an eye out for the next ch.
