Ever since long ago, I've been making stories in my head. These stories are all linear, that is, I use the same settings (the 'world' they live in), same rules, same characters, etc. However, I only keep them in my head... that is, until recently, when I started typing out some of these stories.
Now, there is one big problem that I face in putting my thoughts into actual, readable stories. I've been thinking about these linear stories for a long, long time now, and so my setting and my characters are already well-developed, and it would be extremely hard for me to be able to clearly explain about the kind of world they live in (which is full of magic ;P) and the many, many characters that I have created over the years, each of them with their own, lengthy background story. Of course, not all characters I have created over the years will be relevant to the stories I will type, but there's still that pesky, lengthy background story that each of them has.
Soooooo, sorry if, at times, you might not be able to relate to the characters/terminologies used, but I will try my best to explain them clearly without deviating much from the main story.
