Hullo there! Dawn James here, and yes that is me in that profile picture, even if I am hiding behind a book. (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy being the title) I'm usually hiding behind a book, it's sort of my life. :P Yes, I'm wearing a toque indoors. No I'm not sure why... It's comfy.

Well, I obviously read a lot, and most of what I read is series of things, and a lot is categorized under 'kids' at a library. I find the sense of humor changes when you move up to teen/young adult books, and I much prefer the kid's section in general. It has become my unsaid goal to never grow up. :P

I am an amateur writer, and I know my writing can be VASTLY improved upon, so I appreciate feedback of any kind. (Even if you're insulting me- trust me, I've learned how to take it.) I write mostly fanfics, but you'll see a few original stories pop up here and there. I often take months to update, a fact that I'm rather ashamed of, and have been trying to improve... But, I thought I'd give you a warning now! :D
