Writing isn't just words on paper - it's thoughts put into cohesive, tangible knowledge. Something that can be shared and distributed, something that can bring tears or laughter or terror. 

I have been writing ever since I could spell basic words. You know, the typical "paper and staple" books with crayon-drawings and a total of ten words. 

It wasn't until 6th grade that I really got into reading; ever since I read Ulysses I instantly began to go on a "binge" with buying books and devouring them every night before going to bed. Ever since then, I always had the same favorite book: Holes. 

I normally write fantasy/sci-fi stories, mainly because I like to write about worlds other than our own (considering that ours can be so boring sometimes, I feel like I just need to get away from it every now and again!).

@dianatula Yeah I've thought of it, its just that writing a sequel to a book like Lucid might be a bit difficult :/ I plan on writing short stories for Lucid, though! :)
