14 September 2019 - Leaving Wattpad for Good

Thank you everyone on Wattpad for building my confidence in my own writing, and helping to make The Dragon's Heir the success it was. Truly, you have no idea how each read and comment on that story helped me develop as an author and gain the courage to tell them people closest to me that I had aspirations to be one!

However, I have outgrown this platform - or rather, it has changed since I used to write on it - and I am now working towards self-publishing a new story!

I won't close my account here as I want to allow you all to continue reading TDH, but I won't be replying to DMs often (maybe once or twice a year), and won't be adding to any works that remain on here. I am so sorry to those of you who were waiting on updates, but my heart just doesn't belong to these projects anymore.

Another reason I don't want to close my account is that, when I do publish one of my current WIPs someday, I want people to be able to see that everyone starts somewhere. I have far worse skeletons hidden in my WIP closet than the ones I have on here, but regardless, the works on here show how far I've come and that isn't something I'm ashamed to share.

Wattpad changed my life back in 2012/13 and I will never me more grateful that I had this platform to share my work and grow.
