Sierra Lynn

My name is Sierra Lynn and I'm a 21 year old from South Dakota. I'm attending Southeast Tech for a marketing degree. I currently work at a factory packing boxes and living the dream. 🙄

Music and reading are my two main obsessions. Otherwise, my life revolves around sleeping and taking care of my animals. I have a dog named Jovi (Feb 2018, English springer/labmix), two cats Mau (Short for Ameowlia Earhardt) and Duff (May 2015 and Jan 2018), two ferrets named Jessie and Ozzy (2017), and a gecko named Lovecraft (2017).

My favorite author at the moment is Jodi Picoult. Otherwise, I mainly read random thriller/mystery/horror novels and autobiographies. My favorite book at the moment, if I had to choose one, is The Book Thief by Markus Zusak. My favorite movies are Lilo and Stitch; I Love You, Man; and Adult World. Every single young writer needs to watch Adult World. Besides the fact that John Cusack is a gorgeous man,  it's a valuable movie for depressed writers.

Obviously I'm an aspiring author. So far, I've published a couple articles on The Odyssey, a handful of news articles for SDSU's The Collegian, and a poem ("In Response to 'When I Have Fears' by John Keats" in The Oakwood Magazine.
