Welcome, I am Melody and I also go by the username of SecretMae. I am honored to know that you're here reading to find out more about me. I have always love to write. I also love to read. The art of story telling is so ancient and amazing. It is so powerful in my opinion. It is near magic how a book can transport you to another place. 

          I live with my best friend and husband Dwayne with family in Millsboro Delaware. I am a very spiritual person. I don't like to use religious labels, because my beliefs and spiritual path is more then what one word could describe. But I am Pagan, however I do not let that one word define me.

          My writing genre is romance, fantasy and adventure. However, I get many ideas and they are from all genres. Poetry is a passion of mine as well, and I love all types of poetry. My first published book was Heartmine Destiny. I am very proud of it. My love for writing is much more than defining myself as an author. I feel my soul has so much to give, and I try to use that energy to place into my stories. It is about the feeling that is created and makes one feel free. It is about dreaming the thoughts and putting them on paper or into the mind's of others who are listening. It is about story telling that reaches back through all eras.
