Ello, my name is Bria. I'm majoring in Theatre. Many say it's not practical but what's more practical than doing what you love?
Since I was 11 I've been in love w/ Elvis Presley. Which is where my love for classic movies began. Although I love his singing & acting he's not my favorite actor. My favorite is the godfather of silent movies, Charlie Chaplin!!! Yes I love silent movies & classic movies. You can say I live in the past. I love everything about it from the cavemen to now, from the heroes to the gangsters (Al Capone---love!)
I love everything that is artistic/creative. I love to dance. I've been dancing for 5 years now. I was able to learn many styes of dance, jazz (my favorite).
I love to draw/sketch, paint, & act. But above all else I love to write. I love journal-ing. Just to have my life on record, memories on paper &, in a way, go back in time & so I won't forget any moment whether happy, exciting, scary, or depressing.
I've written a few short stories & I'm in the process of rewriting the novel I began in the 8th grade (yes it's terrible up until the last few chapters which I wrote my last 2 years of high school). I'm learning skills of writing everyday so I can better my writing & soon become an author.
FUN FACT: I'm a Guru. My friends come to me for advice. I give it, they take it, & it works. The weird (or funny thing however you want to see it) is I never had an opportunity to ask my friends or use my own advice.
I feel like I talk too much. Written or spoken. I have so many thoughts in my head.
My one true goal is to travel. All I had was a computer or book to show me all the places where I wanted to be. So I'm starving for that reality. If I was only able to go to one place in the world it would be Ireland. In reality I want to live there & make a life for myself in a small town called Malahide. Can you believe what sparked this fire was a movie called Yesterday's Children?
