Hi! I’m Nora Gold, a writer, and also the creator and editor of an online literary journal called Jewish Fiction .net - http://www.jewishfiction.net. I’ve done several different things besides writing so far (activism, teaching, research, and was even a therapist), but the core of who I am — and always was — is a writer. At five years old when people asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up, I said, “A writer.” And this is what I am now. My first novel, Fields of Exile, will be published in Spring 2014 with Dundurn Press. My previous book, Marrow and Other Stories - http://www.noragold.com/fiction-and-literary-work/ - won one of the Canadian Jewish Book Awards, and also was shortlisted for the Danuta Gleed Award, a prize for the best first short story collection in Canada. This book can be purchased on Amazon. To find out more about me or my writing, please visit my website at http://www.noragold.com or follow me on twitter, facebook, and LinkedIn. You can also read (for free) the online journal I edit, at http://www.jewishfiction.net/index.php/current-issue/. So far we’ve published over 115 first-rate Jewish-themed stories from all around the world, never before published in English. I am delighted you’ve come to visit my Profile page on Wattpad. I think Wattpad is a wonderful initiative, and I am honoured to be one of its Featured authors. I hope you enjoy Flesh, my novella, and I appreciate your taking the time to read and comment on it. Thanks in advance, and Enjoy! Nora

@ivylane28 Dear Ivylane28, thank you so much for your comments. There is almost nothing I would rather be than an inspiration to budding writers (I assume you are one), so this is a very high compliment. Thanks a lot, and have a great weekend.
There wasn't a moment where I wasn't overwhelmed with emotion. Thank you for this brilliant story. Much love and respect. You are an inspiration to all the budding writers!
@wigglywig Dear Wigglwig, thank you very much for your feedback about my story. And I agree with you 100% about the way we so often rush through our lives and forget to listen - to the earth, to each other, and to ourselves. So important to slow down, listen, feel, and love...
Hi Nora, I enjoy reading your written work. It have a lot of details and descriptions as most of its body which you have found a way to make it impossible to read away. The love story depicts a love so pure and untouched in a way that seemed so real and not just an infatuation called love. Its a love unknown these days where patience is lost in the essence of time because we rush everyday of our lives until we forgot to listen to the souls of earth and everything in it including ourselves. Thank you.
@BhagyashreeKhaparde Thank you, BhagyashreeKhaparde, for taking the time to comment on "Flesh." I really appreciate it and am glad you liked this story so much. Have a great weekend!
Something unusual and nice.
Really liked the way you have described every bit, I guess it's difficult to keep a reader engrossed in a writting like this :-)
@lavendersunflower Thank you so much for telling me this, lavendersunflower! What a great way to start my day with a comment like this! Wishing you all the best.
I really enjoyed your story! I couldn't go to bed until I finished reading it!
