Nicolai Fedorowitch Brecht-Romanow,  author--pseudonym of Dr. Nikolaus Heinrich Pfander (since being an offspring of  Romanow- and Brecht-family, likewise) is an adventure- and discovery-series-author in the tradition of Umberto Eco, Alexandre Dumas, Thomas Mann,  Theodor Fontane, Anne Golon, Leo Tolsto, Boris Pasternak, Feynman, Laughlin, Bobby Fisher – and – last not least Woodward and Bernstein.

Author is specialised in the research of unsolved European history riddles. Most of his books had been first publizised .unlectorized in German language, but now have been translated into English language, and can be published – chapterwise a la Dumas - at blogging-websites wattpad and wordpress.

Authors main works are – so far - two adventure-history series under the format-names “Grand Coesre” and “Sardan”

Start-up will be the “Grand Coesre” series concerned with the history of French beggar kings, with the origins of French resistance and with the – sofar undetected and unwritten - underground-history of ancient Paris – surrounded of and on by an – real existing! - secret society and their unknown medallion, found under the roof of an antique wine-destillery nearby Cuxhaven.

His personal data: Born 28.09.1940 in Magdeburg, childhood and youth in Göttingen (1945-1955), lateron Bremen (1956-1970), lawstudies and -education at Heidelberg, Hamburg and Bremen (1960-1964), start-up as employed lawyer and banker at Bremen and Düsseldorf (1959 - 1971, founder of the GeFAM (Gesellschaft für angewandte Arbitrage-Mathematik 1972-1976), counseler to Hans Gerling at Herstatt-bancrupcy-crisis (1973 - 1975), since 1998 retired from biz to his Chateau Hohenholz and busy with history research.
