Author of police procedurals, thrillers and Geek lit, N. P. Statham divides her time between writing and teaching. Her books reflect a  life long affair with the classic whodunit combined with a passion for technology, resulting in character driven stories that are modern, dynamic, and with many twists and turns.

The police procedural series Rick Stone is written for crime lovers who want to experience the real police work, and not merely a high-tech fantasy CSI. It pays homage to the classics, where clues and motives are doggedly pursued by detectives trying to balance a life on the job, family, and keeping their sanity.
