I am a 25 year old university graduate who has always loved reading and writing stories. I have been an avid book worm for the majority of my life (it helps my mom worked in a book shop while i was growing up) and started writing 'seriously' in my second year of university, about 2 years ago. i found that all the academic work i was doing didn't leave much room for me to be creative so i had an idea and i just started writing. Turns out i couldn't stop doing it and i sometimes had to remember i had essays to write, not just my story!
I would love to be an author, to share my ideas and fantasies with people who would appreciate them... and who wouldn't love a job where they could sit at home in their pjs while working ;)
Anyway, if you come across my profile, take a look at my story and if you like it, great, if its not your cup of tea, thats ok too because i know everyone has their own tastes. 
I just hope that whoever, if anyone, reads what i write, that it can take them away from their lives for a while, take them to another world where their lives, whether good or bad at that time, are forgotten for a little while and they get lost in someone else's story. If i can do that for someone like so many authors have done for me i would be a very happy lady :).
